You have 2 weeks to return or exchange an item.

Our loyalty program gives you exclusive benefits:
- 1 point per Canadian dollar spent
 - 500 points = $20 off
 - Access your online customer account to track your points and orders

3. How are our items sold?
 Our items are sold on a first come, first served basis, especially our samples and exclusive products .
 Don't delay if you spot a product you like!
4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. Can I reserve an item?
Yes, it is possible to put an item on hold for 14 days, paying a deposit of 30% of the item's value.

Yes! SurplusTrends only sells original products from brands such as Scotch & Soda, Diesel, Ichi, Kuwalla, and Casual Friday , including our sample items.
